Eligibility for Return
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Return Window: The request must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Return Process
- How to Initiate a Return: To request a return for store credit, please email us at cittaliresortwear@gmail.com with the following details:

- Return Pickup: Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner, Delhivery, will arrange a pickup from your provided address. You will receive a confirmation email with details on the pickup date and time. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and ready for pickup.
- Processing Time: After we receive the returned item at our warehouse, your return request will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Approval & Store Credit: On approval of your return, we will provide you with store credit to your Cittali wallet.
No Exchanges
- Policy: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and making a new purchase using the credit.
